Welcome to Bear & Otter Outdoors – a small-but-mighty, family-run shop based in Colbert, Georgia. We're your friendly neighborhood gear nerds with a serious love for sharp tools, strong coffee, and everyday adventure.We believe your gear should be as ready for the trail as it is for Monday morning. That’s why we hand-pick every knife, light, and tool in our lineup—from affordable workhorses to heirloom-worthy blades.This shop started as a pop-up table, a dream, and a bit of caffeine-fueled chaos.
Now it’s grown into a website, a regular event presence, and a vendor booth in Colbert, GA—still powered by that same slightly over-caffeinated energy.

Meet the Team

Danae – Camp Boss & Chaos Coordinator

Fuelled by spreadsheets, creativity, and a whole lot of mocha syrup, Danae keeps this adventure running. When she’s not wrangling content, she’s probably brewing trail coffee or reorganizing the gear wall again. (Again.)

Blake – Knife Whisperer & Camp Chaos Captain

Blake's the guy behind the blade picks—the one who’ll geek out with you over steel types, lock styles, and why a folder just feels right. At shows, he's the one with a sharp eye and a grin.

Can I Visit the Shop?

Yes—with a heads-up!
Our gear is housed at a vendor booth inside a local shop in Colbert, GA, which has regular business hours. But since we’re not on-site full-time, visits with us directly are by appointment only.

Want help picking out a knife, seeing something up close, or chatting about gear face-to-face? Just shoot us a message and we’ll be happy to meet you there. Walk-ins are welcome to browse the space, but for that personal Bear & Otter experience, a quick appointment is the way to go.
