SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with us! The following conditions define our shipping policy for all orders and purchases made on the platform.

ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow two business days to process your order. You will receive an email to let you know your order is on the way!

STORE PICKUP

We do not currently offer in store pick-up at this time, but hope to make that option available soon. If you are local, please Contact Us with any questions regarding purchasing in store an item listed online.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for all order under $100 will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We offer free standard shipping on any order totaling $100 or more after discounts and before taxes. Orders will be sent by either USPS or UPS.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Due to the complexity of laws applying to knives and EDC gear in other countries, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

RETURNS POLICY

If you wish to return an item, please Contact Us within 30 days of purchase to initiate a return or exchange. Items must be returned to us in original, new and unused condition and must include manufacturer's packaging. Upon receipt of your item and verification of condition, we will refund the full order amount minus a 5% restocking fee, shipping and any discounts applied at time of purchase. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

We regret that we cannot accept returns on Microtech or custom knives such as Justin Byrd. Should you have an item that falls into either category, please Contact Us and we will assist you in contacting the manufacturer.

In the event your order arrives damaged in any way, please Contact Us within 7 days with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Warranty issues must be addressed through the manufacturer.
