Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During product launches, holidays, conventions, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. If a significant delay occurs, we'll contact you as soon as possible.

Shipping Methods

Shipping rates and available delivery options are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery Times

Shipping Addresses

Bear & Otter Outdoors is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at otterorder@bearandotteroutdoors.com. We'll do our best to update the address before the package ships.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us at otterorder@bearandotteroutdoors.com as soon as possible.

Please keep all packaging materials and provide photographs if the package or its contents were damaged during shipping. We'll work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

Bear & Otter Outdoors reserves the right to cancel or modify orders that cannot legally be shipped to the destination provided.
