This version pairs Black G10 with a black stonewashed blade, giving the Lander a clean, understated look that hides everyday wear nicely. Ceramic caged bearings keep the action smooth, while a liner lock, thumb studs, and reversible deep-carry clip make it an easy companion for daily use.

But the real trick is hiding in those G10 handles. Knafs' Fast Swap Scales can be removed by taking out just four screws without completely disassembling the knife. Keep the all-black look or swap in something considerably louder whenever the mood strikes.

Why We Like It

The Lander 1 is basically the gateway drug to tinkering with your EDC. It's a great little knife on its own, but those Fast Swap Scales make changing its personality ridiculously easy. No complete teardown. No tiny parts suddenly making a bid for freedom across your workbench. Just four screws and you're off.

And if you're planning to add some particularly colorful scales later? The blacked-out hardware and blade make a fantastic starting point.
