The Olight Baton Ultra packs up to 1,800 lumens and a 300-meter beam distance into a rechargeable flashlight that's just 4.45 inches long and easy to carry for everyday use.

At its heart is Olight's EIP 1 LED, designed to produce a clean white beam while balancing brightness and throw. Five regular brightness levels—from sub-lumen Moonlight through Turbo—give you plenty of flexibility for everything from finding something under the couch to lighting up the far end of the yard.

The Baton Ultra offers two ways to operate the light. The side switch provides access to its regular brightness levels, while a textured tail switch gives you quick access to High and Turbo with both momentary and constant-on operation.

Charging is equally flexible. Use Olight's MCC magnetic charging cable at home, or rotate the tailcap ring to reveal a hidden USB-C charging port when you want to use a standard USB-C charging setup.

The body is made from Olight's proprietary OAL™ aluminum alloy, developed for increased strength and scratch resistance, with a textured knurling pattern for a secure grip. IPX8 water resistance rounds out a compact flashlight built for everyday carry, work, home, travel, and outdoor use.

Why We Like It

The Baton has always been a lot of flashlight for not much pocket space, and the Ultra apparently looked at that formula and said, “Okay, but what if we made it brighter and gave it USB-C?”

The combination of magnetic charging at home and a hidden USB-C port on the go is particularly handy. Add 1,800 lumens, a 300-meter throw, and a body that's still barely over four inches long, and this is a very capable little everyday light.
