QSP's ever-popular Penguin gets the Glyde Lock treatment, pairing the familiar sheepsfoot profile with a smooth, ambidextrous crossbar-style lock and lightweight FRN handle.

This version combines textured Ice Cream Blue FRN with a black-finished 14C28N sheepsfoot blade, giving the cheerful blue handle a decidedly sharper-looking contrast. The 3.06" blade keeps the practical Penguin profile that works so well for everyday cutting tasks, while 14C28N brings a great combination of edge performance, toughness, and corrosion resistance.

At just 2.93 ounces, this is one of the lighter ways to carry a Penguin. A reversible deep-carry pocket clip and ambidextrous Glyde Lock make it equally friendly to right- and left-handed carry.

Why We Like It

We already liked the Ice Cream Blue Glyde Lock because it's light, useful, ambidextrous, and blue enough to be impossible to take too seriously.
