The Work Sharp Professional Precision Adjust Elite takes the controlled-angle sharpening system and goes all-in: rigid metal construction, a digital angle indicator, ten sharpening and finishing abrasives, and the accessories needed to handle everything from small traditional pocket knives to larger everyday blades.

Sharpening angles adjust from 15° to 30°, with the digital indicator helping you dial in and repeat your chosen angle instead of relying on eyeballing tiny markings. Work Sharp's V-Block Clamp™ securely holds the knife in position, while the stable base lets you rotate the blade to sharpen the opposite side without removing and reclamping it.

The Elite kit gives you a full progression of abrasives. Five diamond plates from 220 through 800 grit handle sharpening and edge refinement, followed by a ceramic honing plate, three resin-bonded diamond abrasives from 1200 through 3000 grit, and a premium leather strop for the final polish.

There's also a ceramic rod for serrations and a small knife table attachment that lets you sharpen smaller pen knives down to a 15° angle—a particularly useful addition if your collection contains both modern folders and traditional slip joints.

Everything packs into the included rigid carrying case when you're finished.
